У Кремлі вважають, що сімейні конфлікти не можна порівнювати з насильством.
Про це заявив прес-секретар президента Росії Дмитро Пєсков, повідомляє "Інтерфакс".
"Треба чітко відрізняти сімейні стосунки і рецидивні випадки. Однак гіпертрофування, призиви до відповідальності за різні прояви сімейних стосунків навряд чи були б доцільні. Ототожнювати з сімейним насильством незначні прояви, напевно, наряд чи можливо", - сказав Пєсков, коментуючи ухвалення Держдумою законопроекту про декриміналізацію домашнього насильства у другому читанні.
