А Новосанжарський районний суд ухвалив для дівчини вирок - штраф 34 000 грн. і конфіскація телефону як знаряддя злочину.

Судова експертиза встановила, що відео злочину відноситься до продукції порнографічного характеру. 

Дії жінки описані як «які містять цинічну, непристойну, спеціальну демонстрацію геніталій, не відповідають моральним критеріям, ображають честь і гідність людини, спонукаючи негідні інстинкти та містять порнографічний характер».
