Ленинский районный суд Кропивницкого лишил депутата Верховной Рады Станислава Березкина права на вождение транспортных средств на 1 год и обязать уплатить 10,2 тыс. гривен штрафа за вождение в нетрезвом состоянии.

Об этом говорится в решении суда от 19 сентября, сообщает LB.ua

Согласно протоколу Национальной полиции, 23 июня в Кропивницком Березкин в пьяном виде управлял автомобилем Mercedes-Benz GL500 4 Matic с признаками алкогольного опьянения: запах алкоголя из полости рта, нарушение речи и координации движений.

Кроме того, депутат в присутствии двух свидетелей отказался от прохождения осмотра на состояние опьянения.

На записи с полицейского видеорегистратора видно, что сначала за рулем автомобиля находился Березкин. Затем стекло поднялось и, когда снова опустилось, - за рулем сидел уже охранник депутата, а сам Березкин - рядом на переднем пассажирском сиденье.

Напомним, с 2016 года в Украине штрафы за вождение в пьяном виде увеличены в три раза - до 10 тыс. гривен. Кроме того, Рада намерена ужесточить наказание до 10 лет лишения свободы с лишением права управление транспортным средством до 10 лет за нарушение ПДД в состоянии алкогольного опьянения.
