На засіданні Миколаївської обласної ради виник конфлікт між бійцями АТО і депутатами через питання про виділення коштів на створення бізнес-інкубатора в рамках проекту "Друге дихання".

Про це повідомляє Укрінформ.

"Депутати обласної ради вдруге провалили виділення 200 тисяч гривень для створення бізнес-інкубатора для учасників АТО, внутрішньо переміщених осіб і осіб з інвалідністю I-II групи. У минулу п'ятницю на позачерговій сесії це питання вже ставилося на голосування. Але деякі депутати, особливо з "Опоблоку", негативно налаштовані проти учасників АТО, дозволяють собі образливі вислови на кшталт "АТОшник - це не професія". Вони провалили голосування", - заявив голова Миколаївської філії ГО "Українська асоціація інвалідів АТО" Ілля Шполянський, який був присутній на засіданні.

Розгляд цього питання у вівторок ледь не призвів до бійки в сесійній залі між депутатами і учасниками АТО, які прийшли на засідання після того, як минулої п’ятниці це питання не було проголосоване. Вони вимагали від обранців шанобливо ставитися до них і зайнятися конструктивною діяльністю. Зав’язалася сварка, що ледь не переросла у бійку.

У засіданні сесії було оголошено перерву, після якої продовжувати засідання вже не було можливості через відсутність кворуму. Наразі депутати розійшлися.

Окрім питання про виділення коштів для бізнес-інкубатора, депутати сьогодні мали розглянути ще низку важливих питань. Зокрема, про виділення коштів на погашення зарплати працівникам ОКП "Миколаївоблтеплоенерго" та призначення директора підприємства, яке нині перебуває на межі банкрутства, і це може призвести до зриву початку опалювального сезону.
