В Мічигані, місті Девітт, одна з мешканок на ім'я Дебора Перін виставила на продаж свій будинок. Звертаючись до ріелтора Шейна Бройлса, вона чесно уточнила, що будинок знаходиться через дорогу від кладовища. Про це повідомляють Українські новини із посиланням на Lansing State Journal.

Але ріелтора така дрібниця не зупинила, і він вирішив нею скористатися. На щиті агентства нерухомості, де сказано про те, що будинок продається, він додав табличку "тихі сусіди", що вказує на кладовище.

Бройлс розповів, що це перший раз, коли для продажу будинку він використовує жарти. За словами ріелтора, він надихався історією, яку йому розповіли бабуся і дідусь - вони знали чоловіка, що жив біля кладовища.

"Він знав тільки один жарт: "Ну, у мене хоча б тихі сусіди", - сказав агент.

Вийшло у Бройлс і Перрін продати будинок, чи ні, невідомо.
