У квітні цього року бюст вже розфарбовували, і 2 вересня за звинуваченням у вандалізмі затримали 27-річного жителя області. У нього вдома, через майже півроку, поліція виявила заляпані фарбою куртку і рукавички. Його взяли під варту.
