У центрі Хмельницького на екрані біля філармонії транслювали відео порнографічного характеру.

Інцидент стався 11 березня близько 18:00 на перехресті вулиць Кам‘янецька та Гагаріна. На великому рекламному телеекрані, встановленому на будівлі поруч з зупинкою громадського транспорту, раптом почалася трансляція відеоконтенту порнографічного змісту, яка тривала кілька хвилин.

Громадяни одразу почали скаржитися на таку «рекламу» як у соціальних мережах, так і до поліції. Наразі за даним фактом відкрите кримінальне провадження за ч. 2 статті 301 Кримінального кодексу України — ввезення, виготовлення, збут і розповсюдження порнографічних предметів. Санкція статті передбачає відповідальність у вигляді штрафу до трьохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або обмеженням волі на строк до п'яти років, або позбавленням волі на той самий строк, з конфіскацією порнографічної кіно- та відеопродукції, засобів її демонстрування. Тривають слідчі дії.
