Дом с тремя спальнями, беседкой, садом и спа продается всего за 350 000 долларов. Он расположен в часе езды от Торонто, на нудистком курорте, так что новый владелец должен и сам быть нудистом, чтобы жить здесь.

Дом выставили на продажу 1 сентября, и с тех пор риелторам поступило более 24 000 запросов на осмотр и покупку недвижимости. Большинству из потенциальных покупателей не больше 35 лет. Некоторые из них действительно нудисты, но подавляющее большинство просто отчаянно хочет купить дешевым дом — и им не так уж важно, что рядом будет нестандартный курорт.

Агентам признаются, что они «очень осторожны» и не хотят продавать дом притворщикам. А отличить их порой непросто — некоторые раздеваются во время осмотра, чтобы доказать, что они-то уж точно нудисты. А некоторые спрашивают, могут ли они жить здесь, являясь «нудистом на 50%», то есть носить только брюки.

Сейчас только примерно 1 процент из 24 000 заявок прошел отбор. «Это ниша. Это определенно не для всех», — говорят риелторы.
