Глава Белого дома Дональд Трамп заявил, что американская журналистика достигла нового исторического дна. Как информирует PRпортал, на своей странице в Twitter президент США подверг критике планы издания Нью-Йорк Таймс освещать расизм, к которому якобы склонен глава государства.
«Эта американская журналистика не более чем дьявольская пропагандистская машина, работающая на Демократическую партию», - написал американский лидер. Ранее главный редактор издания собрал на совещание своих сотрудников и обсудил особенности освещения деятельности президента США. В частности, журналистам было предложено почаще освещать якобы расистские заявления главы государства, а также его тесное сотрудничество с Россией.
«Провальная New York Times, являя собой один из самых разрушительных портретов плохой журналистики в истории, поймана на утечке, что они переходят от своего фальшивого "русского сговора" (отчет Мюллера и его показания были полной катастрофой) к расизму и охоте на ведьм», - подчеркнул президент.
