Як пише Le Monde, балтійські лідери не відразу зрозуміли, у чому Трамп їх звинувачує. Їм знадобився деякий час, аби зрозуміти, що Трамп переплутав країни Балтії з Балканами.

Помилка Трампа видається ще більш дивовижною з огляду на те, що його дружина Меланія родом зі Словенії, яка була частиною Югославії.
