Президент США Дональд Трамп резко раскритиковал компанию Google, заявив, что в поисковике он увидел о себе только новости "фейковых СМИ".

"Результаты поиска Google по запросу "Trump News" показывают только точку зрения и освещение событий фейковых СМИ. Другими словами, они их фальсифицируют для меня и других так, чтобы почти все истории и новости были плохими", – написал Трамп в Twitter во вторник, 28 августа.

По словам Трампа, "96% результатов по "Trump News" исходят от национальных СМИ левого толка, что очень опасно".

"Google и другие подавляют голоса консерваторов и прячут хорошую информацию и новости. Они контролируют, что мы можем и не можем видеть", – написал Трамп.

Президент заявил, что ситуация с поиском Google "очень серьезная", и он планирует заняться решением этого вопроса.
