19 мая на саммите "Россия АСЕАН" (Ассоциация государств Юго-Восточной Азии) переводчик главы правительства Таиланда Праюта Чан-Оча назвала премьер-министра России Дмитрия Медведева "Медведом", передает Сегодня.

"Мы благодарны Его Превосходительству господину Медведу за оказание очень теплого приема". Такая оговорка, как пишут журналисты, насмешила президента РФ Владимира Путина и главу МИД РФ Сергея Лаврова.

Напомним, что "Превед, Медвед" — ироничный интернет-мем, который нередко вспоминают и в связи с фамилией российского премьера.
