"У Сумській обласній раді депутатів офіційно запросили сьогодні на фуршет після сесії. Про це перед початком сесії із президії оголосила заступник голови облради Лілія Ричкіна",  - повідоми в у Фейсбук журналіст Віталій Кохан

.«Прошу депутатів після сесії зайти до їдальні на святковий фуршет», – сказала Ричкіна в присутності телекамер та представників громадськості, маючи на увазі, що сьогодні традиційно відзначається старий Новий рік.

"Для Сумщини це – безпрецедентний випадок: ніколи раніше керівники обласної чи міської рад не дозволяли собі офіційно робити подібні оголошення на таких зібраннях",  - написав журналіст.

Віталій Кохан звернув увагу, що "депутатами Сумської облради є багато керівників, у тому числі й державних структур, а пленарне засідання сесії завершилося в робочий час - о 13.30"

"Вже після засідання на фуршет запросили також присутніх міських голів та керівників силових структур", - написав журналіст.
