Российский производитель аксессуаров Caviar, начал продавать версию iPhone X с солнечной батареей, которая получила название Tesla.

Поскольку Caviar не делает ни iPhone, ни Tesla, функции iPhone X Tesla не встроены непосредственно в устройство. Вместо этого iPhone X Tesla является довольно толстым корпусом телефона, который прикрепляется к гаджету, с солнечной панелью на задней части, которая питает дополнительную батарею.

"Разработками в сфере создания солнечных батарей, умных домов, оснащенных такими батареями и автомобилями, работающими на электричестве, активно занимается сегодня Илон Маск — главный идейный вдохновитель компании Tesla, именно в честь его грандиозных инновационных разработок назван новый телефон Caviar", - заявляет производитель.

Caviar утверждает, что корпус имеет защиту от воды и пыли по стандарту IP67. Первый экземпляр iPhone X Tesla получил гравировку "Сделано на Земле людьми" с намеком на родстер Tesla, который отправился в космос на борту ракеты SpaceX Falcon Heavy в феврале. Модель с гравировкой отправили в подарок Илону Маску.

Каждое устройство также получает свой собственный производственный номер, и Caviar говорит, что тираж iPhone X Tesla составил всего 999 единиц.
