Для розмови про матч посол України у Великій Британії Вадим Пристайко був запрошений на шоу, під час якого Гаррауей і відпустила свій дивний коментар. Вона сказала колкость у відповідь на слова українського дипломата, що українці дуже схвильовані, тому що національна збірна України вперше піднялася на таку висоту як чвертьфінал "Євро-2020".

"Не знаю, чи добре ви бачите, але на передній частині вашої футболки є карта. Її важко розгледіти. Це схоже на футболку, яку мій син піднімає з підлоги і вважає, що вона ще не дуже брудна. Це трохи схоже на брудну пляму. Ну ви розумієте, про що я, ну схоже ж трохи ", - сказала британка.

Однак більшість британців не в захваті від її висловлювання.

"Чи можете ви уявити собі галас, якби нашому послу сказали, що його країна виглядає як пляма на футболці?", - написав один з них в соцмережах.
