Під час засідання Київської міської ради сталася бійка між прихильниками і противниками створення музею на Поштовій площі і питання незаконної забудови.

Найгострішими питаннями було створення музею на Поштовій площі і скандал з приводу забудови, зокрема, на вул. Львівській. На сесію прийшли як противники, так і захисники забудови. Ніякі питання порядку денного прийняті не були. Через відсутність результату ситуація загострилася і перейшла у бійку.

Люди почали рвати плакати, а після того, як жодне рішення прийнято не було, представники Нацдружини заблокувала вихід із Київради.

Вони зайняли місця депутатів в залі. Фракція «Солідарність» покинула приміщення через чорний хід. У залі залишилися представники «Свободи» і «Самопомочі».
