В России из-за состояния здоровья от работы отстранили 60-летнего космонавта Федора Юрчихина. Об этом сообщают "Известия".

Решение об отстранении приняли на заседании в Центре подготовки космонавтов после медицинской комиссии. Командир отряда Олег Кононенко подтвердил, что Юрчихина исключат из команды и это решение окончательное.

Отметим, что ранее Юрчихин рассказал о своих проблемах со здоровьем. Однако космонавт отметил, что хотел бы облететь Луну.

Федор Юрчихин совершил пять космических полетов, один из них - на американском корабле "Атлантис". Общая продолжительность всех полетов космонавта составляет 672 суток и 21 час. Юрчихин девять раз выходил в открытый космос и провел там в общей сложности 60 часов.
