У Калуській міській виборчій комісії трапився кумедний випадок. Мудрик Олег Степанович повідомив членів ТВК, що хоче самовисунутись на міського голову Калуша. Взяв рахунок, сплатив заставу. І більше на ТВК не з’явився, необхідних для реєстрації документів не подав, повідомляє ОПОРА.

Як пояснив Олег Мудрик, у нього зламалася машина і він не встиг приїхати на ТВК до 24-ї години 30 вересня. Мудрик просив повернути заставу, але казначейство вимагало від ТВК хоча б якийсь документ, на підставі чого повернути платіж. ТВК в свою чергу, посилаючись на постанови та роз’яснення ЦВК, повідомило, що випадки, коли повертається застава передбачені лише для тих, хто став суб’єктом виборчого процесу, а у даному випадку чоловік не встиг ним стати.

Врешті Калуська міська ТВК повернула невдалому самовисуванцю гроші як помилково сплачені, окремого рішення по цьому факту комісія не виносила.
