Фотографию с форума опубликовал на своей странице в Facebook пользователь Дмитрий Яновский.

"Михаил Николозович Саакашвили харизмат конечно, но штанину в носке я не понял", - подписал фотографию Яновский.

Другие пользователи соцсети высказали предположение, что губернатор приехал на форум на велосипеде, при этом они допустили, что у Саакашвили "бестолковка" перестала работать.
