Замруководителя полиции города Санкт-Петербург по охране общественного порядка Виктор Борисенко подал заявление с просьбой проведения проверки в отношении девушки, якобы оскорбившей его на акции протеста. Активистка заявила сотруднику силового ведомства, что у него «нет совести». Как передает PRпортал, об этом информирует портал Znak.com, ссылаясь на правозащитника Динара Идрисова.
Отмечается, что заявление Борисенко было подано в 28 отдел полиции – он призвал провести проверку относительно активистки Марии Ивановой. Во время задержания она сказала силовику, что у него «совести нет». Такие слова силовик назвал оскорблением. Согласно данным правозащитника, заявление силовика будет передано в Следственный комитет, который начнет проверку по возбуждению уголовного дела по статье 319 УК РФ («Оскорбление представителя власти»).
Напомним, что акция в поддержку независимых кандидатов в Мосгордуму прошла в Петербурге 10 августа. В соответствии с данными очевидцев, ее посетили до 500 человек, из которых 80 были задержаны.
