Як повідомляє видання, компанія Cyble купила дані у російськомовного хакера в додатку Telegram, який дозволяє відправляти анонімні повідомлення.
 

У Dark web («темному інтернеті») були виставлені на продаж логіни для входу і дані про реєстрацію більш ніж півмільйона користувачів додатка для відеоконференцій Zoom. Про це йдеться у статті газети Sunday Times.

Логіни, які були доступні для покупки вкрай дешево: по 1-му пенсу ($ 1,25) за кожен. Вони були виявлені компанією Cyble. Як повідомляє Sunday Times, Cyble купив дані у російськомовного хакера в додатку Telegram, який дозволяє відправляти анонімні повідомлення.

Американська компанія Zoom - одна з небагатьох компаній, яка процвітає з початку пандемії, оскільки все більше число підприємств звертаються до додатків для відеоконференцій, щоб максимально повно імітувати роботу офісу.

У Zoom заявили, що для веб-сервісів зазвичай характерні дії, в яких зловмисники тестують велика кількість вже скомпрометованих акаунтів з інших платформ, щоб визначити, чи були вони повторно використані.  У компанії також заявили, що найняли декілька фахівців для пошуку дампов паролів і інструментів, які використовуються для їх створення.

«Ми продовжуємо розслідування, блокуємо скомпрометовані акаунти, просимо користувачів змінити свої паролі на більш безпечні й розглядаємо можливість впровадження додаткових технологічних рішень для посилення захисту», - йдеться в офіційній заяві компанії.
