Російський канал «Мир» під час трансляції білоруського фестивалю «Слов’янський базар у Вітебську» вирізав пісні українською мовою народного артиста України Іво Бобула. Про це він розповів у інтерв’ю «Главкому».

За словами співака, під час концерту «Вітає Україна» у рамках фестивалю він заспівав три пісні – «Марічка», «Дивлюсь я на небо» та «Как молоды мы были». Натомість російський канал показав лише російську пісню та шматок знаменитого українського романсу.

«Мої друзі в Росії його дивилися і казали, що російське телебачення показало по каналу «Мир», наче я співав одну пісню «Как молоды мы были» и один куплет «Дивлюсь я на небо». Я про інших виконавців не питав, але це факт», - зазначив артист.

За словами Іво Бобула, цієї ситуації можно було б уникнути, якби на фестивалі співали лише українські пісні. «Це залежить від того, чи потрібно це Україні? Треба було б виділити кошти, взяти своє державне телебачення, зняти конкурс», - додав співак.
