Китайське видання China Daily опублікувало фотографії Алтаю, вказавши регіон частиною Китаю. Це одразу ж викликало обурення у користувачів соцмереж з Росії, пише УНІАН

"Помилуйтеся красою Алтаю - незаселеною територією Сіньцзян-Уйгурського автономного району на північному заході Китаю", – йдеться у повідомленні видання, яке не сподобалося росіянам й показало їхнє незнання географії, судячи з коментарів під постом в Twitter.

Коментатори з РФ вважають, що російський регіон був "присвоєний" Китаєм. При цьому Алтай розташований не тільки в Росії: у Монголії, Казахстані та Китаї.
