Еротичні знімки ріелтор додала до оголошень, і це принесло бажаний результат. Правда кілька інших ріелторів звинуватили Гілденеж в непрофесіоналізмі і подали скарги на жінку в Асоціацію ріелторів Х'юстона.
Сама Гілденеж пишається своєю ідеєю, а скарги сприймає як показник успіху. Жінка каже, що це і була її мета - привернути увагу, саме це вона і зробила.
