Ресторанний рейтинг Michelin розпочинає оцінювати ресторани Москви, де роблять борщ - "знамениту страву Росії"

Про це повідомили у пресслужбі компанії, інформує Бабель.

Там зазначають, що інспектори рейтингу "були вражені різноманіттям кулінарної спадщини Росії і відданістю її кухарів автентичній кухні".

Критики наголошують, що російські шеф-кухарі намагаються підкреслити якість місцевих продуктів.

"Вони також радо використовують овочі й ароматні трави, які надають неповторних ароматів таким знаменитим першим стравам країни, як борщ чи рассольнік", - заявили у компанії.

Michelin планує давати оцінки ресторанам Москви у 2021 році.
