В сети сообщили о новом скандале с участием «Укрзализныци», и причиной для него опять стало жуткое состояние пассажирских поездов. Как пишет PRпортал, в этот раз пассажира поезда «Геническ – Черновцы» пришлось столкнуться с отсутствием окна в одном из вагонов. Интересно, что персонал почему-то решать проблему не спешил, поясняя это тем, что «сейчас вообще-то лето». 

Суть проблемы раскрыла пользователь Яна Ступа. «Я понимаю, что окно (или его отсутствие) можно закрыть одеялом, или же придавить матрасом. Однако все это не важно, поскольку «ппцкакхолодно» ехать возле «окна без окна» ночью. Правда, можно и без окна, а просто с человеческим отношением персонала. Но в этот раз они, может, и пытались, но не смогли. Поэтому, с ветерком ...», – пояснила она на своей странице в социальной сети Facebook.

Также Ступа добавила, что ни проводникам, ни начальнику поезда проблему решить не удалось. Правда, по истечению часа, они все-таки отыскали свободное место, где есть окно.
