Понад 55 тисяч людей підписали петиції на глобальному сайті Change.org, що закликають не повертати Джеффа Безоса на Землю після польоту в космос.

Безос, засновник космічної компанії Blue Origin, заявив 7 червня, що він і його брат Марк Безос полетять в космос на борту ракети New Shepard 20 липня.

Через три дні після оголошення на сайті Change.org були подані дві петиції, щоб спробувати запобігти поверненню мільярдера на Землю. Станом на 21 червня обидві петиції вже зібрали понад 55 тисяч голосів.

Більше 36 000 людей підписали одну петицію під назвою: “Не дозволяйте Джеффу Безос повернутися на Землю”.

Друга петиція має назву “Петиція з вимогою не дозволити Джефу Безосу повернення на Землю”. Її автор називає мільярдера “злим повелителем, схибленим на ідеї захоплення Землі”.

7 червня ексгендиректор компанії Amazon і голова космічної компанії Blue Origin Джефф Безос заявив, у липні полетить в космос на пілотованому кораблі своєї компанії New Shepard.

Корабель розрахований для польоту шести пасажирів. Одне місце Blue Origin розігрує на онлайн-аукціоні, який завершиться 12 червня. Решта місць, імовірно, віддадуть співробітникам компанії.

Якщо все пройде успішно, Джефф Безос стане першим мільярдером на борту космічної розробки, зробленої його компанією.
