Кіт знаходиться у категорії рухомого майна (окрім транспортних засобів) разом з глиняною вазою та антикварною глиняною піалою.

У документі зазначається, що кіт коштував помічнику депутата 3 тисячі гривень, має ім'я Котовськи та дуже цінний. У пункті "торгова марка" аж тричі названо породу кота - шотландський висловухий, шотландський капловухий або скоттіш-фолд.
