Организаторы прямого эфира #VKLive с премьер-министром РФ Дмитрием Медведевым отключили возможность комментировать трансляцию во «ВКонтакте». Комментарии также отключены на страницах премьер-министра и правительства в соцсети.

Представитель «ВКонтакте» сообщил газете «Ведомости», что организацией эфира занимается аппарат правительства, а соцсеть выступает лишь как технический партнер трансляции.

В начале прямого эфира #VKLive Дмитрий Медведев сказал, что чиновникам полезно иметь обратную связь с людьми через соцсети. «Это всегда срез общественного мнения, причем очень быстрый и зачастую весьма искренний. С издержками, но тем не менее», — заявил глава правительства. Он также призвал чиновников быть готовыми к тому, что их будут критиковать в соцсетях.
