Народный депутат от Радикальной партии Сергей Рыбалка, которого называют одним из спонсоров политсилы, попал в реестр должников алиментов.

Об этом сообщается в Едином реестре должников алиментов Министерства юстиции, сообщает LB.ua

В реестр попадают лица, которые не платят алименты как минимум три месяца. Сума долга Рыбалки не указана. Решение о выплате алиментов принимал Шевченковский райсуд.

 

 

По информации в СМИ, вероятно, речь идет о выплатах для малолетней дочери политика, которая проживает с его бывшей женой.

Напомним, в конце прошлого года Верховная Рада приняла закон, ужесточающий наказание за неуплату алиментов. Он вводит новые средства принудительного выполнения решений, которые могут применяться к неплательщикам алиментов. В их числа - лишение водительских прав и запрет на выезд за границу.

7 февраля 2018 года Минюст открыл свободный доступ к реестру неплательщиков алиментов.
