Ежегодный конкурс на звание самой уродливой собаки в мире прошел в американском городе Петалума. Как информирует PRпортал со ссылкой на Нью-Йорк Пост, этот конкурс устраивают каждый год на протяжении многих лет. 

Отмечается, что на этот раз жюри присудило победу псу по кличке Трампа, владелицей которого является Ивон Моронес. Победитель необычного конкурса получает денежный приз в размере полутора тысяч долларов, а также средства для пожертвований приюту. Моронес подобрала собаку на улице в 2014 году. По ее словам, тогда он был на грани гибели. Женщина отметила, что по дороге домой с новым питомцем уже знала, что «сделала правильный выбор».

В прошлом году на конкурсе самых уродливых собак в мире победу одержал старый английский бульдог. У бульдога по кличке Жа-жа самый длинный язык, который свисает до пола, и именно этот нюанс подкупил членов жюри. В конкурсе отобрали 14 собак, которые соревновались за вознаграждение в размере 1500 долларов.
