Похоже, что ни история, ни война с РФ ничего так и не научила украинцев, в том числе, понимания важности использования государственного, украинского языка. Как передает PRпортал, в одном из киевских книжных магазинов сети «Буква» случился малоприятный инцидент из-за того, что продавец отказалась обслужить клиентку на украинском языке.

Об инциденте сообщила пользователь Татьяна Гадзовская, попросившая персонал перейти на государственный язык. «На кассе кассир обращается на русском, на мое замечание, что мы на русском не понимаем, отвечает: «Мне вас очень жаль». На просьбу дать книгу жалоб – вначале отвечает, что не знает где есть, когда я показываю на уголок потребителя, говорит, что не может достать...», – написала она в Facebook. Также женщина пообещал, что напишет официальную жалобу на эту сеть.

Активное обсуждение разгорелось и под соответствующим постом. Часть из них встали на сторону продавца, хотя, большинство все же возмутило ее поведение.
