В Саратове с начала зимы выпала трехмесячная норма осадков, и коммунальные службы не справляются с уборкой снега. 8 января мэр города Михаил Исаев попросил жителей пересесть с личных машин на общественный транспорт, чтобы не создавать пробки. 9 января Исаев решил сам добраться до работы на автобусе. Он ехалбольше двух часов и опоздал на утренний брифинг.

«Выехали мы примерно в 7.15 утра и добрались до Крытого рынка в 9.30. <…> Движение в принципе было с небольшой скоростью, но без остановок. Единственное узкое место, где мы простояли ровно час — это микрорайон у администрации Заводского района», — рассказал Исаев. Он добавил, что вечером планирует поехать на общественном транспорте в другой район Саратова, чтобы оценить, как быстро удастся туда добраться.

Мэр Саратова порекомендовал и городским чиновникам пересесть со служебных автомобилей на общественный транспорт. «Вы все должны четко понимать, какая ситуация складывается в городе с уборкой снега, особенно по вашему направлению. Лучший способ — самим на работу и с работы ехать на общественном транспорте», — заявил Исаев. Продолжит ли он сам ездить на работу на автобусе, неизвестно.
