Более тысячи латвийцев получают пенсию в 64 евро, прозвучало в эфире дискуссионной передачи "Точки над i" на LTV7. Депутат Кекавской думы Гатис Лицис в качестве эксперимента сам попытался прожить месяц на эти деньги.

Гатис Лицис рассказал, что к идее проведения такого эксперимента он пришел случайно — информацию о минимальных пенсиях в Латвии увидел в соцсетях. Позже он выяснил в Государственном агентстве занятости, что 20 тыс. человек получают пенсию до 100 евро, а 25 тыс. человек — до 200 евро.

Он сразу сообщил, что его эксперимент был не совсем чистым, поскольку он живет в своем доме, не платит по счетам и не покупает воду. Питаться полноценно не получалось. Лицис получал углеводы из макарон и риса, которых мог есть достаточно. Но его суточная норма мяса была ограничена 150 граммами. Овощи и фрукты он позволить себе не мог — слишком дорого. В итоге за месяц он похудел на 8 кг.

"Но ведь это были только расходы за еду. А ведь люди еще как-то платят за тепло, дрова покупают, а ведь есть и другие расходы", — сказал депутат.

Лицис признал, что последствий для здоровья у его эксперимента не было, поскольку он так прожил всего месяц.
