Як стверджується у матеріалі, члени обох бійцівських клубів могли бути використані для дестабілізації внутрішньополітичної ситуації у США й, зокрема, для організації масових заворушень та сутичок з поліцією.

Осередки "Чорного кулака" є у Нью-Йорку, Флориді та інших куточках країни.

Разом з тим, за даними АВС, аналогічною діяльністю за російські гроші також займалося громадське об'єднання BlackMattersUS ("Чорні справи у США").

Російські замовники також просили обидві згадані вище організації створювати музичні відеокліпи у стилі хіп-хоп з пропагандистським змістом: поліцейські, наприклад, називалися "вбивцями", а глядачів заохочували виходити з протестами на вулиці.

Як зазначають журналісти, подібні сценарії розробляються "Агентством інтернет-розслідувань" з Ольгіно (Санкт-Петербург), яке ще називають "фабрикою тролів".
