Мэр Киева Виталий Кличко вновь позабавил интернет-пользователей своим новым высказыванием.

Так, на одном из заседаний Кличко заявил, что раньше "киевляне просыпались без каких-либо разрешений".

"В прошлые года, когда киевляне просыпались без каких-либо разрешений, застраивались парки, скверы, и следствием этого сейчас является отсутствие доверия..", - сказал мэр.

Судя по контексту, мэр Киева хотел призвать не огорчать киевлян незаконными застройками, особенно поутру.
