Кандидат в депутаты в Госдумы от партии «Справедливая Россия» Анатолий Алексашин предстал перед электоратом в образе терминатора в предвыборном ролике. Видео было опубликована на его YouTube-канале.

В ролике одетый в черную кожаную куртку Алексашин призывает граждан голосовать на выборах в Государственную думу 18 сентября вне зависимости от того, где они проживают «в Колпино или в Купчино, в Купчино или в Колпино». Обозначая единый день голосования «судным днем», депутат заявил, что «будущее зависит от тебя, а вместе мы сильней».

Пользователи видеохостинга посмеялись над креативным политиком и предложили переделать предвыборный лозунг на «Голосуй за меня, если хочешь жить» (адаптированная под выборы цитата из «Терминатор: Генезис»).
