Сегодня Госдума приняла в первом чтении законопроект о запрете пользователям соцсетей заниматься политической агитацией. Высказывать свои политические предпочтения во время выборов разрешат только тем, кто заключит договор с кандидатом или партией. Это долгожданный закон, — заявил с парламентской трибуны один из инициаторов, депутат-единорос Сергей Боярский.

Законопроект заранее делает нарушителями огромное количество пользователей соцсетей, — считает депутат Олег Нилов от «Справедливой России».

Депутаты предлагают подключить Роскомнадзор к контролю за предвыборной агитацией. Нарушителей ждут штрафы до 20 тысяч рублей для граждан и до 500 тысяч для должностных лиц. Тексты не содержат упоминания пользователей соцсетей и никак не регламентируют, кого можно наказать, — отмечает издание Znak.com. Одновременно кратно увеличиваются штрафы за незаконное изготовление и распространение агитационных материалов.
