Группа депутатов фракции "Слуга народа" внесла в Раду законопроект о внесении изменений в Кодекс Украины об административных правонарушениях относительно отмены правовой нормы, предусматривающей ответственность за самогоноварение.

Как передает Цензор.НЕТ, законопроект зарегистрирован 1 ноября, сообщается на сайте парламента.

Инициаторами законопроекта выступили Владимир Ватрас, Александр Федиенко, Роман Соха, Анатолий Костюх, Игорь Фрис, Николай Стефанчук.

Сегодня согласно ст.176 Кодекса об административных правонарушениях изготовление самогона без цели сбыта наказывается штрафом от 3 до 10 необлагаемых минимумов доходов граждан (51-170 грн).
