Депутат облради від партії кума Путіна Медведчука повісив у Житомирі вітальні білборди з нагоди 9 травня, на яких зображені солдати гітлеровської Німеччини, а під ними напис "Дякуємо за перемогу", повідомляє "20 хвилин. Житомир"

На рекламних щитах поруч з нацистами зображений депутат Житомирської облради від ОПЗЖ Костянтин Черпіцький.

Борд – це його вітання ветеранам. Відомо про мінімум два таких щита по місту.

Пізніше на адресу редакції "20 хвилин" надійшов лист за підписом народного депутата від "Опозиційної платформи – за життя", голови житомирської облорганізації ОПЗЖ Юрія Павленка. Від імені партії він попросив вибачення за помилку і засудив ситуацію.

Павленко зауважив, що зміст "цього одіозного зображення" не був попередньо узгоджений з керівництвом партії, "цілковито являючись недостойною самодіяльною ініціативою самого К. Черпіцького".

Павленко пообіцяв, що 5 травня відбудуться засідання ради облорганізації ОПЗЖ та засідання її фракції в Житомирській облраді, "де буде дана належна оцінка діям депутата облради К. Черпіцького".
