В ОГПУ відреагували на інтерв'ю Гордона з російським терористом Гіркіним

Як зазначив прокурор Гюндуз Мамедов, в Офісі генерального прокурора України прослухали інтерв’ю Дмитра Гордона з військовим злочинцем Ігорем Гіркіним.

Мамедом відзначив, що озвучену в розмові інформацію можуть використати у кримінальному процесі проти бойовика.

"Я не виключаю можливість, що в подальшому ця інформація стане предметом розгляду і під час розслідування серйозних порушень міжнародного гуманітарного права – воєнних злочинів і злочинів проти людяності, в тому числі в міжнародних судових інстанціях. Йдеться, зокрема, про відомості, які свідчать про контроль і постачання зброї незаконним збройним формуванням з боку Росії", – сказав заступник генпрокурора.

Прокурор підкреслив, що в інтерв’ю є "цінна для розслідування інформація".

"Громадянин Росії розповів про конкретні факти вчинення ним особливо тяжких злочинів і поза всяким сумнівом ці дані будуть детально проаналізовані прокурорами і слідчими", – сказав Мамедов.

В Офісі генерального прокурора відзначили, що такі інтерв’ю "цінні додатковими фактажем, деталями". Наприклад, колишня "прокурор" анексованого Криму Наталія Поклонська "підтвердила, що їй відомо про підозру і кримінальне переслідування проти неї в Україні"
