Забавный инцидент произошел во время визита в Татарстан Владимира Путина. Президент поинтересовался у главы республики Рустама Минниханова, есть ли какие-либо улучшения жилищных условий в регионе. На вопрос президента глава республики никак не отреагировал, из-за чего Владимир Путин сделал ему замечание. 

«Рустам Нургалиевич, не отвлекайся, чё ты!»— сказал шутливо президент. Однако курьезы на этом не закончились 

Несколько часов спустя, во время заседания президиума Госсовета, Владимир Путин дал слово Минниханову, как руководителю рабочей группы. Пока глава Татарстана шел к микрофону, Путин успел его потерять. «Взял и ушел куда-то»
