Емоційний виступ депутата Черкаської міськрадивід від партії "УДАР" Араїка Мкртчяна викликав оплески в його колег.

Біля трибуни він поскаржився на корупцію на митниці. Зокрема, він розповів, що збирає горіхи та насіння і відправляє їх за кордон.

"Поки не даси хабар 6 тисяч доларів з машини круглого горіха і 12-15 тисяч з чищеного - машина не їде. Здавалося б, влада змінилася, а насправді нічого не змінилося. Три дні машина стояла на митниці, нарешті пропустили", – зазначив депутат.

Також він зазначив, що його додатково перевіряють через те, що він не хоче платити хабарі та виступає проти корупції.

"Зазвичай вони пояснюють свої дії тим, що в мене закінчилась фітосанітарія. А чому вона закінчилась? Учергове хочу звернутися до президента... Якого біса ви йдете у Євросоюз і просите гроші? Для себе? І ви кажете "люстрація". Яка у сраку люстрація: Хай себе люструють. Там влада змінюється, а в нас усе дорожчає. Нащо гинуть люди?" – емоційно виступив депутат від "УДАРу".
