Компания «Бургер Кинг» в Международный женский день рассказала о поддержке сотрудниц, но так, что вызвала шквал критики. Начинать тред словами «Место женщин на кухне» было не лучшей идеей — ведь каким бы ни было его продолжение, возмущённых комментаторов уже не остановить

В официальном твиттер-аккаунте британского подразделения сети фастфуда «Бургер Кинг» 8 марта, в Международный женский день, появился неоднозначный на первый взгляд пост. Без контекста его можно счесть женоненавистническим высказыванием, какое нередко встречается в Сети.

Однако последовавшие за твитом публикации «Бургер Кинга» показали, что с фразой не всё так просто. Компания рассказала о запуске программы обучения для своих сотрудниц, желающих стать поварами.

Но многие пользователи платформы не спешили хвалить компанию за инициативу в поддержку девушек — слишком уж их зацепил первый твит.

Руководитель страницы «Бургер Кинга» наверняка намеренно опубликовал первый пост в надежде на широкий охват благодаря противоречивому заявлению, сочли комментаторы. И подобные пиар-методы они не одобряют.
