По сюжету реалити-шоу 23 участника должны были в абсолютной изоляции от внешнего мира в шотландском лесу построить общество и самостоятельно добывать еду. 

Проект стартовал в марте 2016 года, а в сентябре вышли первые 4 выпуска. Но из-за низких рейтингов шоу пришлось закрыть, об этом пишет Новое время со ссилкой на сайт CNN.

В течение года 13 участников покинули проект, а остальные 10 продолжили оставаться лесу вплоть до 23 марта. Когда они вышли оказалось, что их страна покидает Евросоюз, а Дональд Трамп стал 45-м президентом США.
