Один из крупнейших в мире порносервисов, PornHub, предложил актерам получать выплаты в криптовалюте Tether (USDT), сообщается в блоге компании.

 

Предложенная сайтом криптовалюта Tether (USDT) — это стейблкоин, который привязан к долларовым резервам компании и может легко быть обменяна на реальные деньги. Tether может быть обменян на американский доллар по курсу 1:1. В компании отметили, что криптовалютные платежи проходят без комиссий «в течение нескольких секунд».

 

Также сервис добавил возможность актерам получать деньги через бесплатный сервис Cosmo Payment, который позволяет проводить транзакции через мобильное приложение с помощью банковской карты. В качестве еще одной опции PornHub добавил возможность получения денег актерам с помощью депозита.

 

К решению о введении новых средств платежа в компании пришли после того, как платежный сервис PayPal разорвал сотрудничество с PornHub и остановил выплаты моделям. PayPal прекратил выплаты актерам без предупреждения и объяснения причин. До 2019 года сервис был основным сервисом, с помощью которого PornHub производил выплаты актерам. Прекращение сотрудничества в PayPal объяснили тем, что PornHub якобы «совершил некоторые бизнес-платежи без соответствующего разрешения».
