Галицький районний суд Львова оштрафував батька 15-річного львівського школяра за меми на вчителів, які він публікував в Instagram.
Про це повідомляє ZAXID.NET з посиланням на матеріали справи.
Зазначається, що в липні 2020 року 15-річний учень львівської школи №10 імені святої Марії Магдалини, де навчання ведеться польською мовою, створив сторінку в соцмережі Instagram, де публікував карикатури (меми) на фотографії вчителів школи.
Учителі сприйняли цю ситуацію як булінг і написали заяву в поліцію. Під час судового засідання батько хлопчика свою провину визнав повністю.
Суддя визнав його винним за ч. 1 ст. 184 (невиконання батьками або особами, що їх замінюють, обов'язків щодо виховання дітей) КУпАП та оштрафував його на 850 грн. Крім того, він має заплатити 420 грн судового збору. На цю постанову суду батьки хлопчика апеляції не подавали.
