В Верховной Раде зарегистрирован законопроект, который позволит чиновникам не показывать в декларациях внебрачных детей.

На сайте ВР указано, что инициаторами законопроекта выступили 28 народных депутатов, из которых 20 - представители "Слуги народа".

Комитет уже поддержал законопроект. 

Руководитель "Центра противодействия коррупции" Виталий Шабунин сообщил в Facebook, что законопроект позволит чиновникам скрывать внебрачных детей.

"Расскажу вам о приоритетах нашей политической элиты во время эпидемии. 28 депутатов (среди которых вице-спикер и несколько председателей комитетов) пять дней назад зарегистрировали законопроект. Его сразу начали пихать в повестку дня внеочередной сессии", - отметил Шабунин.

Он обратил внимание, что главная цель законопроекта - разрешить не декларировать имущество несовершеннолетних детей, которые не живут с родителями-декларантами.

"И дело здесь даже не в коррупции, потому что в случае пользования/управления этим имуществом, декларировать его все равно придется. Дело в нежелании кого-то из авторов засветить в декларации внебрачных детей. Чтобы не позориться только этой нормой, ее спрятали среди других изменений", - отметил Шабунин.
