У рекламщиків житлового комплексу "Синергія-3" креатив в дефіциті. PRпортал спостерігав, розвиток креативної думки рекламщиків цієї будівельної компанії:  спочатку креативщики запропонували  "обрати будь-яку" одну із трьох жінок на фото, потім пишногруда блондинка "чекала сусіда", а потім рекламщики змінили стиль і маленьку квартиру прорекламували нульовим розміром жіночих грудей. Останнє що було - це самостійна дівчина, котра настільки незалежна, що сама купила квартиру в ЖК "Синергія" і вирішила сказкати "Вова, давай досвіданія!"      

Тепер, думки роздвоїлися. В новому сюжеті залишається дівчина. але ця дівчина уже не така самостійна і незалена, вона - будівельник того ж таки ЖК "Синергія-3". Очевидно, також хоче заробити грошей  і без допомоги якогось Вови купити собі "якісну квартиру з документами".  

Хоча, є й інший варіант борду - це чоловік-будівельник, з оголеним  торсом. 

За задумом горе креативщиків вім має симолізувати "міцні квартири". Надто двозначний і загальний слоган. Міцність житла вимірюється у здатності витримати землетрус. А який землетрус у центрі України?!!

Єдиний варіант - це реклама того ж таки Вови, якого так легковажно кинула героїня з попереднього борду "Синергії-3".
