У неділю, 18 вересня, в РФ пройшли вибори в Державну думу, більшість в якій, за результатами підрахунку 93% виборчих бюлетенів, отримує провладна партія Єдина Росія.

Таким чином їй дістанеться 343 з 450 місць за партійним списком і в одномандатних округах.

Крім Єдиної Росії до Держдуми проходять також КПРФ - 13,45%, ЛДПР - 13,24% і Справедлива Росія - 6,17%.

Явка виборців склала близько 48%.

При цьому під час проведення виборів були зафіксовані порушення – від повторного голосування до масового вкидання бюлетенів.

У свою чергу користувачі соцмереж висловили своє розчарування такими результатами, угледівши в них руку Кремля, пише Новое время
